藝術村裡的空間,大部分由玻璃窗來區隔;透明的玻璃可以讓人輕易就一眼望穿:比方說,藝術家時常可以在工作室裡,直接看到鐵軌上的火車呼嘯駛過;這種感覺很像突然跳出額外的視窗,影響平時的觀看。

「4號倉庫的風景嫁接」是君晏以螢幕截圖的概念,嘗試擷取在工作室裡、外看到的景色並搬運到戶外與大家分享。使用「嫁接」來形容,是期待作品有觀眾的參與可以持續生長成各種面貌。

 

Much of the Art Site space is divided by glass windows, and an artist who often frequents the studio, for example, can easily see through the glass when a train whizzes by. Suddenly, the resulting feeling is like something seen through an entirely different window, changing the way one perceives what is mundane.

Landscape graftage of warehouse number 4 is Junyan’s concept for taking screenshots of scenes in or out the workshop and sharing them with people by transposing them to outdoors. Graftage comes to mean the anticipation of how the works are to grow new aspects whilst subjected to public participation

But nothing the copy said could convince her and so it didn’t take long until a few insidious Copy Writers ambushed her
